How We Charge
Forensic Cyber bills its clients based on the amount of time spent directly on their projects. Charges are not applied for the time our lab computers run processing a project (unless specifically discussed), for initial phone conversations discussing the project, or for any work not specifically authorized by the client. Some basic information about rates and billing policies are listed below.

Items Billed to Clients
Time spent in the lab directly on the clients’ project.
Time spent on-site for client project.
Time spent travelling for on-site response.
Hard drives or digital media required by the client.
Travel, lodging and meal expenses if applicable.
Actual time spent at depositions, hearings or trials.

Items Not Billed
Initial evaluations or phone consultations.
Unattended computer processing time.
Informal discussions involving a project.
Retainers.
Professional behaviour and confidentiality.

Billing Rates and Terms
Rates are available on enquiry, discounts apply for resellers.
