Forensic Cyber Investigations provides digital forensic services to recover vital evidence from computers and mobile devices in support of legal proceedings. Our examinations, analysis and expert testimony have been presented in legal proceedings and before NSW courts since 2008.

Forensic Cyber is driven by a highly technically skilled team who proved a specialised range of services in Computer Forensics, otherwise known as Digital Forensics.

With over 24 years individual experience in forensic digital examinations and I.T. repairs, seasoned and highly skilled examiners collect, extract and analyse, advise, report and present expert testimony in a wide range of I.T. related legal matters.

Our clients include law and accounting firms, private investigators and private individuals. We have been engaged in civil and criminal proceedings providing evidence for the plaintiff, defence attorneys, and police to convict criminals.

We have been accepted in NSW Supreme and local courts as Expert Witness. We advise in affidavit preparation, prepare of expert reports, and appear in court to provide expert testimony. We also offer technical advice to the legal profession throughout the life of a case.

Our investigations typically include issues of intellectual property theft, fraud, spyware, fabricated evidence, internet misuse, email abuse, identity theft, marital infidelity, employee misconduct, unauthorised access, and cyber bullying.
